i've been to bludso's like 20-25 times and not because it was the best, but because I lived 3 blocks away from it. It cannot compete with good BBQ most days, or even Moo's ever. It's extremely inconsistent. I have had great brisket and terrible brisket within a week of each other. Swinging Door I only know from annoying instagram ads that pop up.
