Garmin watch weather waiting for data.
Since the last update of Garmin Connect (or maybe the one before that), my Weather widget (on my D2 Delta) only shows "Waiting for data". Everything else works fine, e.g. METAR widget, notifications, appointments, etc. It's only Garmin's official weather widget that's acting up. Of course, I've already restarted phone (Android) and watch.

Just started getting the dreaded waiting for data in the weather widget on Fénix 6X. Had this on the 5X but never on the 6X until the last few days. Any advice aside from basics? (syncing with Connect, location services, update connect, reset etc)I have a Forerunner 645 and my weather app isn't working...waiting on data. I have unpaired/re-paired my watch, verified location services are on for the GC app, and synced with Garmin Express to get the latest update.
Same thing happened to my Forerunner 245. I managed to fix the issue by doing the following: Long hold the up button to open setting page. Go to Phone and turn off the status. Then turn it back on. Finally open Garmin connect app and click the sync button on the phone app. MHD47 • 5 mo. ago.

Tried this, worked for maybe 8-10 hours. When i woke up, it started over again with weather waiting for data. I don’t understand why garmin doesn’t adress this issue. Thanks! This works, but i think it is more of a temporary solution, and in a couple of hours or tomorrow it will again show waiting for data.
