Duckstation dont have 1+ second of audio delay like epsxe Turning down the audio latency to low will make it run less smoother. The performance drop is noticable if you compare it to duckstation. There also some audio crackling and popping sound with this setting. Even then, the audio delay is not completely gone, it's just reduced.

No video, no audio, nothing. But the notifications such as the title of the game, achievements, controller port etc still appear.
