Top fin bubble wall not working.

My Top Fin Bubble Wall isn't working correctly. Back in december 2021 I was using this just fine. I don't know what happened and why it's not working anymore. I don't have the instructions anymore. Basically, the bubbles aren't coming out of where they're supposed to. They're coming out of one of the two intake spots.i tried this idea as well. originally had a small air pump, which didn't work.
