Flash drives have higher spawn rates in safes, file cabinets, player scavs, and the little tents on customs and woods than pc blocks. So shoreline and reserve are best imo. So.many ppl are clinging to pc blocks for flash drives, and that's just not viable. They rarely spawn in pc blocks
